Got Almond ?

Hello Everyone,

It went back up to 90+ degrees . Need I say more. Cool drinks are appreciated. Found a few tasty ones. But first something you may not know about Almonds.

They say you can get your waistline back with drinking a class of milk. Well , I got mind back with Almond milk. I'm wearing belts again. I haven't worn a belt in over six years. This one is a skinny shiny leather. My waist was once a 36 inches, now it's down to 27 inches. (sundress - self made)
Almonds have been the nut of choice with Raw Foodist because of the light sweet flavor and vitamin E and high calcium. Since September 1st, 2007, The USDA created a mandatory program requiring that all raw almonds be pasteurized. This means Almonds grown in the USA are no longer Raw. It has been tricky to find real Raw Almonds at times. When I can find the Raw nut I make as much Almond milk as possible. Nuts milks were kinda hard for me to make at first because I needed to strain the liquid through cheesecloth. Now that I purchased a LIVING WELL/MONTEL machine, it is so easy. No more straining!! Nice and smooth.

Went searching on-line for cool fruit drinks to juice. This site "Living and Raw Foods " is good.

It is up to you , I combined both of these two Juice recipes together and got a fruit drink.
