Hello Every one
A bit chilly today but great weather for the New York City Marathon. I am always inspired by the sea of humanity as they run through the five boroughs of New York. It was a lovely day to stand on the sides and cheer. I was out there until 5pm watching the last of the runners. I did spot one Raw Foodist eating a bag of chopped carrots for fuel.

He was going so fast I only caught the wheels of this handicap runner.
Runners from all around the globe; England, Denmark, France, Canada, South Africa and Jamaica.
A few developed cramps.
There was live entertainment. Two singers and a Gospel Choir.
A few in Costume.
Moms , Dads , Grand Parents, Fire fighters, Police officers were running today.
and a young spectator enjoying the whole event.
