How are you today? Tuesday got hot again. I was shopping at a Farmer's market and one of the merchants was handing out free slices of Watermelon for the customers. What a sweet treat !
Who ever said You can't get much for your dollar - didn't know h


This is day two of my mini Juice cleanse . From yesterday's preparation, I made enough Zucchini pasta to last for four days. When you start preparing Raw Foods you begin to know what vegetables will carry you for four days . So I'm not preparing every single day.


MEAL
Breakfast - Green smoothie - spinach and bananas
Lunch - Zucchini pasta with Marinated vegetables , Mushroom soup and Fig and Fennel salad
Snack - Raw Almond cookies
Dinner - Green Juice. All the Leafy - greens with lemon and ginger.
All prepared by me.
