Tulip shaped skirt

Hello everyone,Just like the Tulip plant with large cup shaped flowers of various colors. I'm in search of Tulip shaped skirts. A Tulip Skirt is like Tulip flower that is turned up-side-down . I love the look when it is fitted from the hips and thighs then flares at the bottom. This lovely was a great goodwill find . The tag was still on it.
