This past Monday Felt like an early fall day . The sudden change of weather makes me take extra care of my two most important essential vitamins daily as a Raw Foodist. Vitamin D3 and B12. I do have a multi vitamin in a liquid formula but these two are vital for a Raw life style. The B12 spray and D3 Serum I have by Premier Research Labs. These products are made to be placed under the tounge. This is better for absorbtion . There products are pure without toxic tagalongs.

Also The Gastrointestinal track and the nervous system. It helps prevent fatty deposits from accumulating in your liver and helps maintain normal weight.
