My Dear Heart Mate treated me to Quintessence Raw Food Restaurant. He wanted to give me a break from the food preparations I do daily. THANKS MY LOVE ! What a great place it is . Small place, yet a beautiful experience. The staff is very helpful and will answer your questions . I love the indoor interior. There located at 263 10th street , between 1st and Avenue A.

I ordered the Italian Pizza Dish . OMG!! the nut cheese topping taste like the real thing. The Chef is very gifted . It was sooooo good. I had a cold class of pear juice - my favorite . I was too full for desert. Next time I visit , I will just order a dessert to try or maybe two.

Quintessence is an excellent place to take some one who is new to Raw Foods.
