
Real easy to make !!
1 small ripe Papaya
1/2 mango, chopped2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 strawberries
Cut the fruit and place in the blender and process until smooth. You can serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for two hours to enjoy it cold. At times the fruit may not be ripe enough or sweet so I add just a touch of honey . Have fun and enjoy the rest of summer.
Today is the last day of my mini juice cleanse . Four days of juicing and eating one meal , is not long but I did miss my sprouted buckwheat cereal in the mornings . My digestive system did have a rest at short intervals.

Breakfast - green smoothie with blueberries
lunch - Papaya soup, Mango and Avocado Salad, cucumber salad, green soup
snack - grapes
Dinner - Green juice - carrots , parsley, kale , lemon, spinach and apple
This was the last day for this skirt. It used to be my sundress for five years , then I converted to a skirt for past two summers. It is time to let it go and make a new skirt . With it with is the $1 top and John Fluevog sandals.
